  Purification Air Conditioning Design of GMP Workshop Purification CompanyGMP 2010采用欧盟净化级分类规则,根据实际消费情况分别设置A、B、C、D级。可根据净化空调设计中有关规定的详细要求停止选型。

  净化空调空气处理工艺空气处理的具体工艺流程如下:室外新风粗效过滤回风混面冷却风机增压加热介质过滤过滤进料进入室内。净化空调系统对空气的要求经过粗效率、中效率和率三个层次的过滤。组合式空调箱负责空气的粗效过滤、中效过滤及等焓加湿处理,空气的过滤由洁净区房间的过滤送风口完成。进入洁净区域的空气由室内回风口通过回风管道返回到组合空调箱的回风段。

  洗瓶、胶塞、铝盖清洗区域空气处理工艺方案设计,应考虑洗瓶、胶塞、铝盖清洗等技术设备排气量大。因此,当设备处于悬挂状态时,房间应采用回风路,并在回风管道上设置可变风量阀,以处理房间的风量平衡,节约能源。对应空调系统的风量和管道流量如图2所示。

  区域B+A属于系统的中心区域,部分区域B+A的布置图如图3所示。对于这类面积,由于A类面积较大,且FFU运行过程中加热类比明显,可以从合理性的角度考虑以下处理方法。这种处理方法具有以下优点:

For this kind of area, because of the large area of Class A and obvious heating analogy during FFU operation, the following treatment methods can be considered from the perspective of rationality. This method has the following advantages:
  (1)采用固定风量阀,不会造成整个系统阻力不平衡;(2)采用电动关闭阀和FFU联锁,解决空调箱开启时FFU未开启时倒灌的问题;(3)采用层流送风机组处理FFU加热引起的负荷增加;(4)采用A级层流回风夹芯壁面侧吸,防止A级层流破坏B级环境的风险。
  (1) Fixed air flow valve will not cause unbalanced resistance of the whole system; (2) Electric shut-off valve and FFU interlock are used to solve the problem of backfilling when FFU is not opened when air conditioning box is opened; (3) Laminar flow fan unit is used to deal with the load increase caused by FFU heating; (4) A-level laminar return air sandwich wall side suction is used to prevent the risk of A-level laminar flow destroying B-level environment.

  普通空调冷源采用供冷冷水机组(7 ~ 12℃),原冷水冷却系统在冷水不足或没有冷水的情况下,也可采用空气冷却系统;空调用热水加热(50 ~ 60℃),达到平均温度的目的。蒸汽(0.2mpa)常用来给空调加湿。

  消防排烟系统设计在满足GMP(2010版)要求的前提下,空调的设计还应满足其他现有标准,主要是空调通风系统的消防排烟系统设计标准。

  (1)所有空调通风系统的风机均与大厦火灾报警系统联锁。

  (2)风管通过防火墙、防火隔断、伸缩缝、楼板时,应配备防火阀,防火阀应与空调系统内所有通风空调设备联锁。当空调系统中的一个消防阀任意动作关闭时,系统中的所有通风和空调设备将暂停运行,同时系统将消防阀关闭的信号发送到消防中心,停止火灾报警。
  (2) When air ducts pass through firewalls, fire partitions, expansion joints and floors, they should be equipped with fire valves, which should be interlocked with all ventilation and air-conditioning equipment in the air-conditioning system. When a fire valve in the air conditioning system closes at will, all ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the system will be suspended.   (3)消防排烟措施应尽量采用自然排烟方式。对于不能满足自然排烟要求的区域,应设置机械排烟系统。当发生火灾时,应启动相应区域的消防排烟系统,确保火灾现场人员的安全疏散。一般可设计2套机械排烟系统,一套用于走廊及外隔间排烟,另一套用于洁净区走廊排烟。洁净区走廊是地面封闭空间,需要设计一套排烟和送风系统。洁净区走廊排烟设备开启时,送风系统也随之开启。
  (3) Natural smoke exhaust should be adopted as far as possible in fire control and smoke exhaust measures. Mechanical smoke exhaust system should be set up in areas that can not meet the requirements of natural smoke exhaust. When a fire occurs, the fire fighting and smoke exhaust system in the corresponding area should be activated to ensure the safe evacuation of the fire scene personnel. Generally, two sets of mechanical smoke exhaust systems can be designed, one for smoke exhaust in corridors and compartments, and the other for smoke exhaust in corridors of clean areas. Clean area corridor is a ground enclosed space, which needs to design a set of smoke exhaust and air supply system. When the smoke exhaust equipment in the corridor of clean area is opened, the air supply system is also opened.
  (4)排烟系统主要由以下局部组成:排烟、排烟防火挡板和280℃防火挡板、排烟风机、排气管等。其中,排烟口通常是关闭的。火灾发生时,可通过火灾自动报警、安装联动打开排烟区的排烟口,并在现场设置手动开启安装备用。当系统中任何一个排烟口打开时,相应的排烟消防阀和排烟风机应相应联锁开启。此外,火灾排烟系统启动15秒内,应自动关闭与火灾排烟系统无关的区域所有通风空调系统,且排烟温度高于280℃,关闭排烟防火挡板。
  (4) The smoke exhaust system is mainly composed of the following parts: smoke exhaust, smoke exhaust fireproof baffle and 280 C fireproof baffle, smoke exhaust fan, exhaust pipe, etc. Among them, the exhaust nozzle is usually closed. In addition, within 15 seconds of the start-up of the fire smoke exhaust system, all ventilation and air conditioning systems in areas unrelated to the fire smoke exhaust system should be automatically closed, and the smoke exhaust temperature is higher than 280 C, and the smoke exhaust and fire protection baffle should be closed.
